We totally love all our products and we're confident that you'll love them too.

 

To be honest, since we're on a mission to spread the F word, none of this would make any sense unless the stuff you get from us really brings you joy (thanks Marie Kondo) and makes you want to proudly spend every day showing it off, starting conversations and spreading the F word!

 

That's why we offer a no nonsense 'Love it or Give it Back Guarantee'. If for whatever reason you do feel unsatisfied after receiving your order, just pop us an email us and we'll guide you through the whole process and find a solution which works for. We take a lot of pride in putting you first! 

 

Always contact us first to start return/refund process and we will treat your case individually, because we understand every case is different.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We've extended our refunds policy from 30 days to 90 days, giving you plenty of time to get in touch if you need to change anything.

If more than 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Our Gift cards can't be returned, but if you haven't spent yours before the expiry date contact us and we will see what can we do about it!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to our print or book warehouses, we must receive the returns at our head office (address below) to be able to process them correctly.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and if approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we will need to ask you to first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or/and your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer exchanges on items for up to 12 months in the case where the print quality does not last as expected. We offer exchanges for up to 30 days for all other issues. If you need to exchange something for the same item, send us an email at hello@thefeministshop.com and we will let you know about the next steps and returns address to send it to. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I am afraid that we have to send the refund to the gift giver, so make sure you tell them beforehand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
